Job Budget Variance Report

The Job Budget Variance report compares budgeted amounts against actual costs for a job, broken out by cost code and GL category. For each category it shows the Vendor Bill, Item, Labor, and General budgets next to their actual costs, with the variance and variance percentage, plus overall totals and a grand total.

Using the Report

Select a Job (and optionally a date range, cost code, or GL category), then run the report. Each budget figure links to the underlying job budget, and each cost figure links to the source transactions, so you can drill from a variance straight into the detail.
