941s Report (Quarterly Federal Tax Return)

The 941s report generates and electronically files IRS Form 941 (the Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return). It presents a quarter-selection form, your e-file credentials, and a list of employees who are exempt from federal withholding.

Filing a 941

Select the Year/Quarter to report and review the exemption list. Use View Data and 941 Schedule B Weekly to check figures, then enter your e-file credentials (Business Taxpayer PIN, etc.) and use File Electronically. Check Electronic Filing Status tracks a submitted filing.
