Time Summary Report Issue

If the Time Summary Report shows 0.00 instead of the employee's base rate set up in Payroll -> Employees, go to Admin -> Setup Payroll -> General Factors and enter in a minimum multiplier of 1 for the 2nd and 3rd shift multiplier (under General -> Additional).
