• Ledger -> Reports -> Balance Sheet
• Ledger -> Reports -> Trial Balance
• Ledger -> Reports -> Profit & Loss Statement
• Ledger -> Reports -> Cash Flow Report

You might also want to check the available reconciliation reports to monitor that subledger areas (AR, AP) match up with general ledger balances.

• Ledger -> Reports -> Accounts Payable Reconciliation
