Audit Trail

NolaPro does not allow permanent deletion of general ledger entries. In addition, editing subledger entries, like customer invoices and vendor bills, creates GL entries to back out the original transactions and then makes new entries for the updated amounts.  This allows you to view back through time how each modification affects account balances. You can view these entries by going to Ledger -> Journal Entries, Ledger -> Reports -> Journal Reports, or Ledger -> Reports -> Account Activity.

You can view general activity in the system at the user level by going to Tools -> System -> User Activity Monitor. This report will show the history of system actions done by each user.
