Recurring Income
If you would like to create recurring general ledger entries that can be copied regularly for recurring income, expense, or other entries, go to Ledger -> Recurring Entries -> New Recurring Entries (requires the Recurring Ledger Entries add-on be active).
Enter in values for Journal Voucher and Description, and define how often you'd like the entry to repeat with the Recurring Period setting. Set the GL accounts and amounts and click Complete Voucher when done (button will only be visible when debit and credit amounts balance).
When you are ready to post your entries go to Ledger -> Recurring Entries -> Generate Recurring Entries. Select the ones you'd like to post and click Next to generate the entries. You can review newly posted entries by going to Ledger -> Journal Entries or Ledger -> Reports -> Journal Reports.
