Unpost Journal Entries

Journal entries can be unposted in bulk (unless in a closed period) by going to Ledger -> Journal Entries -> Unpost Journal Entries.

Select the date the entry was posted on (Unpost Vouchers Posted On) and click Unpost. All entries posted on that day will be unposted. You can also select a Year & Month to Unpost. All entries in the selected month will be unposted.

You can unpost entries individually (unless they are in a closed period) by clicking the Unpost this Voucher button when viewing the details of an entry.

You can repost entries by going to Ledger -> Journal Entries -> Post Journals Now.

* In order to delete a GL entry, you will first need to unpost it.
