Daily Report

The Daily Report gives you an overview of cash balances, accounts receivable aging, payments received, order shipments, and accounts payable aging. The aging totals for receivables and payables is taken from the aging reports and not from GL balances.

If you have any questions about receivables or payables aging report totals not matching GL balances, check out the AR and AP reconciliation reports at Ledger -> Reports -> Accounts Payable Reconciliation or Accounts Receivable Reconciliation. These reports show detailed activity in AR and AP and can offer hints about why there may be differences in balances for example if direct GL entries are made to AR or AP accounts without associated records (customer invoices or vendor bills) in the AR or AP systems.
