Track Fuel Expense

You can use the Credit Card Tracking add-on to record fuel expenses paid for with credit cards along with other expenses.

If you'd like to track fuel expenses or other expenses like mileage, hotel, travel costs, etc. that you plan to bill customers for, you can create Expense Templates (Admin -> Orders -> Expense Templates) and then record those costs on Service Orders (Income -> Orders -> Service Order). When editing a Service Order, click the Add Expense button at the top of the page to added expenses to the order.
