RMA vs. Item Returns

Income -> Invoices -> Item Returns and Income -> Orders -> Fulfillment Order -> Process RMAs are very similar as they both result in returning items to inventory and giving credits to customers.

The RMA (return merchandise authorization) process is used for fulfillment orders, and the Item Returns flow is designed for returning items on POS invoices.
