Orders Received Report Vs. Customer Item Order History Report

The Orders Received report shows all fulfillment and service orders that have been entered in the system. These can include orders that don't have inventory items on them, for example service orders with just labor, or fulfilment orders with line item descriptions that don't tie to items in inventory. The Customer Item Order History report shows only orders that have inventory items on them.
