Service vs. Fulfillment Orders

The main differences between Service and Fulfillment Orders are:

1. Service Orders allow you to track labor time (see service order setup options in Admin -> Orders -> Service Classes, Service Labor Rates, Service Status Options, Service Subtypes, Service Time Types, Service Types and how to set up workers).
2. Service Orders do not require shipments in order to be invoiced like Fulfillment Orders do.
3. Fulfillment Orders require a shipping step and don't have a way to record labor time for workers.

Inventory will be deducted from service orders when the order is invoiced, and it will be deducted from fulfillment orders when the order is shipped.
