Fulfillment and/or Service Orders Not Showing

You can toggle on or off whether fulfillment and service orders are available in your installation by going to Admin -> Billing -> Company Options -> Invoicing & Ordering -> Fulfillment Orders -> Allow Fulfillment Orders or on the same page Service Orders -> Allow Service Orders. If either of those is unchecked, you won't have access to whichever is unchecked.
