Price Modifications

To modify item prices you have a few different options available. 

• Edit the item and click Add/Edit Pricing & Location at the top of the page. Select a Location and click Edit. Set the prices for the different available price levels (Admin -> Inventory -> Price Levels). Click Save if you have made modifications. Click Copy Pricing To All Locations if you have multiple locations and want the pricing the same at each.
• Modify prices with the Inventory -> Items -> Export/Import Edit Tool, if you would like to use a spreadsheet program to change prices. Click the Export button. Select locations with the Inventory Locations To Export box. Check the box labeled Export Pricing. Mark the Item Code and Description fields and others you would like to have displayed in the export spreadsheet. Click Export. Modify prices in your preferred spreadsheet program, but keep the file format as CSV. Go back to Inventory -> Items -> Export/Import Edit Tool and click Import. Select your Modified Export File and click Import.
• Adjust prices using Inventory -> Items -> Item Prices - Mass Edit. This will allow you to set pricing for multiple items at once.
• Use Inventory -> Items -> Item Prices Category Edit to adjust pricing for whole item categories at a time. You can adjust prices by a percentage or by a flat amount, and the changes can be for specific price levels.

If you've created a new inventory location and want to copy pricing for all items to the new location, use Inventory -> Items -> Copy Pricing. Select the location to copy from and the location to copy to.
