Item Prices Not Appearing
If you don't see pricing for items when creating quotes, orders, or invoices, and you are sure you have set pricing for your items, it may be caused by one of these issues:
1. Missing Default Price Level or Default Location. In Admin -> Inventory -> General Setup be sure there are values set for Default Price Level and Default Location.
2. No costs set for markup pricing. If you are using a markup set for an item (pricing based on cost markup rather than fixed pricing; see Admin -> Inventory -> Standard Markup Sets), you must have a cost set for the item. View this article to learn about how to set item costs. When a cost is set for an item, markup pricing will be displayed properly.
