Chart Layout

• Left panel: Lists tasks and milestones by name, with subtasks indented.
• Right panel: Timeline with horizontal bars for tasks and diamond markers for milestones.
• Today line: A red vertical line marks today's date.
• Progress fills each task bar based on status; dependency arrows connect related tasks; weekends have a darker background.

Interactions

• Zoom: Switch between Day, Week, and Month granularity.
• Today button: Scrolls the timeline to center on today.
• Critical Path: Toggle to highlight tasks on the critical path in red.
• Resize bars: Drag the left or right edge of a task bar to adjust its start or due date.
• Click a bar opens the task editor; hover shows a tooltip with task details.
