Duplicate GL Accounts
If duplicate GL accounts appear, it is likely that you have multiple companies set up, and one of the accounts is set to apply to all companies, but the other is not.
If you edit either of the accounts with duplicate numbers, you will likely see that one of them has Company set to All, and the other has the Company box set to a specific company.
Remove the account that is no longer needed.
