QTY on Hand for All Inventory

If you'd like to set inventory levels for all items in inventory, go to Inventory -> Home -> Physical Inventory.

To help organize your physical inventory counting, you can assign warehouse locations to items and then sort by Warehouse Location when doing physical counts. When editing an item click Add/Edit Pricing & Location. When editing a location for an item enter the bin/shelf/aisle info in the box Location Within Warehouse. With the Corporate version you can also adjust on hand levels using the Inventory -> Items -> Export/Import Edit Tool when the add-on Update Inventory Costs & Quantities With Export/Import Tool is active. With this method you can export a CSV file with current inventory counts and reupload the updated levels after making changes. GL entries will be made automatically to account for the change in quantity levels.
