Order Shown as Open When Billed

If an order is not showing as complete when shipments on the order have been billed out, the order may not have been marked complete during the last shipment. Open the order and click the Ship Now button at the top of the page.

On the shipment page at the bottom above the Save button make sure the Order Is Complete box is checked, then click Save. This will mark the order as complete.
