Shipped Orders (Find / View / Void Shipments)

The Shipped Orders page lets you find, view, and (when the shipment has not yet been invoiced) void any order shipment. Look up shipments by date, customer, PO, or tracking number — or click a ship date link on an order to jump straight to its Shipment View.

Finding and Voiding a Shipment

Search by the available filters to locate a shipment, then open it to view its detail. A shipment that has not yet been invoiced can be voided from its Shipment View.
