Create a Quote

Create a new quote by going to Income-> Quotes -> New Quote.

To convert a quote to an order, go to Income-> Quotes, and select the quote you'd like to convert.  At the top of the page there will be two options: Convert to Order or Convert to Service Order. 

If you have the Tools -> System -> Add-ons -> Convert Order to Quote add-on active, you will have a button available for fulfillment orders labeled Convert to Quote that you can use to transition an order back to a quote.
