Attached Files on Invoices
Customers are not able to view files that you have attached to invoices via View/Upload Delete - Invoice Files.
If you'd like to add PDF pages that will always print with invoices, orders, and quotes (terms and conditions for example), you can turn on the Document Center add-on (Corporate level). Then go to Tools -> System -> Document Center.
Click on the Quote, Order, or Invoice Attachments tabs and select additional PDFs that you'd like to have combined whenever quote, order, or invoice PDFs are generated. You can check the box in the Default Attachment column for documents that you want to have included on every quote/order/invoice by default. You can add or remove documents when editing specific quotes, orders, and invoices by clicking the Assign Quote/Order/Invoice Attachments link.
