Employee Accrual Log

The Employee Accrual Log is a read-only history of every change to employee accrual balances — vacation, sick leave, and comp time. Each row records the employee, type, amount, old and new accrual, period ending, entry date, and who made the change, so you have a full audit trail.

Accrual Types

The Type column shows which balance the entry affects:

  • V — Vacation
  • S — Sick
  • C — Comp Time

Using the Log

Filter by employee, accrual type, period-ending date, or entry date to trace how an employee's vacation, sick, or comp-time balance reached its current value, including manual adjustments. Use Export to download the log.
