Custom Field Editor
With the Custom Field Editor add-on available on The NolaPro Store you can add fields to areas of NolaPro to track additional information. For example, you can add a field in a customer's file to note if a they wants to receive promotions or not.
Custom Fields will NOT print on orders or invoices. If you would like additional fields to print on orders and invoices please submit a ticket to our support staff for a customization quote.
When you create a field here is where they appear:
AP Bill – Payables -> Vendor Bills -> New Vendor Bill
Building – Custom Field Version – For Construction
Communications - Custom Field Version – For Construction
Company – Admin -> Setup Admin -> Company New/Edit
Customer – Contacts -> Customers -> New/Edit Customer
Employee – Contacts -> Employees -> New/Edit Employee
GL Account – Ledger -> Chart of Accounts -> New GL Account
Inventory Locations – Admin -> Setup Inventory -> Plant Locations
Invoice – Billing -> Invoices -> New/Edit Invoice
Item – Inventory -> Inventory Items -> New/Edit Item
Item Category – Admin -> Setup Inventory -> Item Category
