CC Manual Processing - Disable Verification

If you are using a manual credit card account set up in Admin -> Billing -> Credit Card Options to process a customer payment, you do not need to enter any information about the credit card into the system. The manual credit card option is for use in cases where you will process credit cards in a system that is not directly connect to NolaPro.
