Transfer / Merge Customers
If you find you have duplicate accounts for a customer, and you would like to merge the info and activity from one record into another, you can use the Customer Account Merging Tool add-on to consolidate accounts into one.
If the add-on is active, go to Income -> Customers -> Customer Maintenance.
Select the customer record at the top of the page that you want to keep (Merge Into This Master Customer Record).
Select the other accounts to pull order, invoice, payment history, and account details from (Merge From These Unwanted Customer Records).
Review the proposed changes and save to complete the merge.
