Move to Hosted Solution from Own Server

To move from your own server to a cloud account, first you will need to sign up for a Hosted Account. During signup you will select a sitename, the web address you will use to access your NolaPro installation (sitename.nolapro.com). The sitename can be a maximum of 16 characters.

Next, make a backup copy of your database using the instructions for your platform: Backup/Restore your Windows Database (Windows) or Export Linux Database to Upgrade to Hosted Service (Linux).

Once you have created a backup copy of your database, notify us that you would like to upload your database to your hosted site by opening a support ticket: log in to your hosted NolaPro site, open the Help menu in the top-right corner, and click Contact Support. We will provide a link you can use to securely upload your database to us.

We will then load your database to your cloud account.
