Bank Deposit Slip PDF

You can have the system generate a bank deposit slip PDF that can be printed on preprinted deposit forms or printed on blank stock.

To activate this feature go to Tools -> Add-Ons. In the Income section turn on the feature Bank Deposit Slip PDF.

You can set the default style of deposit slip to use per bank account by going to Admin -> Ledger -> Bank Accounts. Select a bank account to edit, then set the Deposit Style to use (HTML, Preprinted, Blank Stock) in the Deposit section of the bank account edit page.

When the Deposit Style is set to a PDF option, you'll see a print button to generate a deposit slip PDF when adding or viewing bank deposit entries (Income -> Bank Deposits).
