What is B2B?

The B2B (Business to Business) module allows your customers to have a secure access point to your NolaPro system to place orders, make payments, and check order statuses. You control the access by setting up secure user accounts for specific customers that can be tailored to control what modules the users see. You can also provide B2B access for vendors so they can view purchase orders, bills, and payments.

To get the B2B system ready for use, you can visit the following options.

  1. Admin -> Billing -> Company Options -> General -> B2B. Here you can allow customers to sign up on the B2B site and create accounts themselves, allow customers to submit service and fulfillment orders, set convenience fees for credit card charges, add a privacy policy, and other options.
  2. Admin -> System -> B2B Site Graphics. Here you can upload a graphic that will show on the B2B login page.
  3. Admin -> System -> Company New/Edit. When editing a company, at the bottom of the page will be link to View/Upload/Delete - B2B Company Graphic Header. This logo will be displayed when customers log into the B2B site.
  4. Income -> Customers -> B2B Users and Expenses -> Vendors -> B2B Users. You can add login accounts for users here and set access levels. You can also click a button when viewing a particular user to log in to the B2B site as that user to see what they see.

Customer order requests placed via B2B will show as UNCONFIRMED orders until verified.
