Customers Manage Orders

The B2B portal gives your customers a self-service website — your NolaPro URL with /b2b appended (example: demo.nolapro.com/b2b) — where they can place orders, check order status, make payments, and review payment history. The portal is designed primarily for business-to-business relationships, but consumer-facing use is also possible.

Prerequisites

  1. Confirm the B2B System add-on is active in Tools -> System -> Add-ons.
  2. Open Admin -> Billing -> Company Options and navigate to General → B2B. To allow customers to submit new orders, mark Allow Fulfillment Orders On B2B Site.

What Customers Can Do

  • Place orders — submit new fulfillment orders through a step-by-step form (order header, ship-to address, and line items).
  • Check order status — view pending, active, and recently finalized orders, with shipment detail and invoice links.
  • Make payments — pay open invoices directly from the portal.
  • Review payment history — access past invoices and payment records.
