Customers Manage Orders

Customers can use the B2B site (your NolaPro URL with /b2b at the end, ex. demo.nolapro.com/b2b) to see the status of orders, make payments, check on payment history, and place new orders.

The portal is designed primarily for business to business relationships, but business to consumer interactions are possible in the site as well. 

It's possible to block access to the B2B site, so make sure access is allowed by first verifying that the B2B System add-on is active in Tools -> System -> Add-ons.

After that check the settings in Admin -> Billing -> General -> B2B. If you'd like to accept orders, be sure the option Allow Fulfillment Orders On B2B Site is marked.
