Does NolaPro support multiple warehouse/branch locations within the same company?
Yes. You can add locations by going to Admin -> Inventory -> Inventory Locations.
If you would like to track sales at the GL level for branches/locations you can create cost codes (Cost Codes for AR/AP add-on; Admin -> Ledger -> Cost Codes) and then assign a default cost code for each inventory location (Default Cost Code field). Invoices will be assigned a cost code matching the branch for the invoice, and related GL entries will be linked to the cost code. You can then run GL reports and filter by cost code.
You can also assign users to specific locations. Go to Admin -> System -> Users, select a user, and mark of the locations they can access with the Locations Allowed list under General Access.
