Error Message When Activating Add-Ons
You must have an internet connection in order to complete the add-on activation process.
You may also need to temporarily disable or modify outbound firewalls that could be blocking activation.
If you are still not able to complete the activation process, please submit a support ticket, and we will assist you.
If you received an activation code, the code can only be used one time. You will see an error if you try to activate a code that has already been activated.
