Date for Determining When Invoices Are Overdue
You can choose which date is used to determine the number of days overdue for invoices by going to {menu:company-options|7m5pjn5haP} -> Defaults -> Billing -> Use Which Date For Determining If Overdue And Number Of Days Over. You can select to use either the Invoice Date or the Due Date.
