Credit Card Purchases Option Disappeared from Payables Menu

If you have not moved to a new server, then perhaps you just need to re-generate the menu system.

To do this, go to Tools -> System -> Add-Ons .

Click on "Apply Activation Codes"

At the bottom of the page and click on the "Finalize Installation" button.
