There are several support options available on The NolaPro Store.

Our Unlimited Email Support is available for one contact and 2-5 contacts. This is good for one (1) full year of unlimited email support in English. You will get answers directly from NolaPro technical experts and accounting specialists to help you keep NolaPro running flawlessly to help maximize business stability and growth.

Turnaround time for email support is usually within one (1) business day, although you'll quickly find that attentive responses within hours or even minutes are not unusual!

Our 'Getting Started' Live Training will put you directly in touch with one of our consultants where you'll be guided through how to best configure NolaPro to meet the needs of your business operations. Each session may cover up to one hour of training time.

The two choices for our Live Phone Help are 1 incident and 20 incidents. With this you'll receive live phone support with a NolaPro expert who will step you through any business, accounting or technical issues on your hosted or self-hosted site up to a quarter-hour in duration.

The Customization Consulting provides a consulting session with 1-2 of our NolaPro development analysts and can include the following:

# Customizations -- your project needs vs. what NolaPro already does or can be altered to do;
# General overview of the NolaPro software;
# Specific details of particular areas of NolaPro (i.e., Order Entry, POS, GL);
# Technical information regarding integration, APIs and installation; and
# Question & Answer session.
