Installing on Mythbuntu
While we haven't tested specifically on an Mythbuntu machine, it appears it should work just like other Linux install.
Ion Cube, gd, and curl should all be able to be set up OK. Also, your php.ini file can be edited to enable autodetect line endings.
Your Mythbuntu install will still function normally with these extras installed. The database will be installed to your MySQL location as part of the installation screens for NolaPro.
There would be no disadvantage to installing it on your server unless your internet connection would go down. Other than that, install wherever you prefer.
